As Main Sponsors of the BIM Forum Paraguay, Elemental showcased how to bring BIM from the screen to the construction site with measurable results. We presented our MEP coordination methodology (HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection) managed within a CDE under ISO 19650—defined naming and LOIN, version control, and executive reporting. We apply prioritized clash detection, traceable RFIs, and tracking dashboards; and when required, we integrate 4D/5D to align model, schedule, and cost. The local case studies, including high-rise residential projects, demonstrate fewer clashes, clearer documentation, and faster coordination.

The BIM Forum left us with concrete insights: prioritizing critical zones, making traceable decisions within the CDE, and measuring the impact on clashes, timelines, and documentation quality. These principles structure coordination from day one and allow early detection of conflicts in ceilings, corridors, and equipment rooms.
Building on that foundation, we support clients seeking to turn coordination into real on-site results. We do this through simple and measurable processes: prioritized clashes, traceable RFIs, and deliverables that are ready for the field. The objective remains the same in every project.
