As Main Sponsors of the BIM Forum Paraguay, Elemental BIM showcased how to bring BIM from the screen to the construction site with measurable results. We presented our MEP coordination methodology (HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection) managed within a CDE under ISO 19650—with defined naming and LOIN, version control, and executive reporting. We apply prioritized clash detection, traceable RFIs, and tracking dashboards; and when required, we integrate 4D/5D to align model, schedule, and cost. The local case studies, including high-rise residential projects, demonstrate fewer clashes, clearer documentation, and more efficient coordination.
